How long before an order ships?
Orders will ship out within 7 days of being paid for.

What if an item comes up as out of stock?
If it's BBQ Sauce you are looking to order. Chances are we have plenty in stock. Sometimes there is a run on a particular pack and the online system will think we've run out. As far as shirts and gift packs go, they are limited to the stock on hand and we may run out of them at any time. Can you ship an order to someone else besides yourself?
Yes, during the check out process check on the different shipping address and enter the location you would like to have the sauce sent to instead of yourself.

Can you send a note along with an order you are sending to someone?
Yes, make sure to note it in the comments section at the end of the checkout process. We will gladly include a card with a note on it for anyones order and sometimes during the holidays cards will be available to send with orders.

Do we accept any other payments besides Paypal online?
No. Paypal is the only payment option we are using at this time for online orders.

Shipping options won't come up when placing an order?
Check the address you have entered for the shipping. Our system uses the Zip code to configure it's rates and chances are that is where the problem is.

Do we ship internationally?
No. At this time we do not ship internationally, however, there are a couple online retailers that carry our sauces that do. Check out BBQ Pro Shop.

Are there certain days that we ship out?
Yes. Right now we are shipping out mainly on Mondays and Tuesdays. Occasionally orders will go out during the week but, it isn't very often.

Is there a deadline to getting an order out the same week?
Yes. Normally if we do not receive your order by noon (12pm central time) it will not ship out until the following Monday.

Does the Spee Dee option for shipping require you to pick it up from some other location?
No. Spee Dee will deliver straight to your home or business.

Once shipped, will a notification be sent out?
We tag every order in our system as "shipped" once it goes out. There is supposed to be a notification email sent out to you when this is done but, sometimes it won't go through or be marked as spam.

After an order is shipped, how long before you get it?
Usually Spee Dee will take anywhere from 1 or 2 days until you receive it. FedEx can take 3 to 5 business days for you to receive it.

Has it been longer than expected and you still haven't received your order?
Please make sure to check all around where you are having your order shipped to or speak with your building manager. Several times people have gotten orders and not even known it until they ask us to look into it for them with the shipping companies.

What packing materials do we use for shipping out our orders?
Cardboard and newspaper. We don't use packing peanuts, bubblewrap, or styrofoam of any kind.
