What are our store hours?
Thursdays and Fridays 11am-6pm
Saturdays 11am-5pm

Can orders for ribs be placed online?
No. Please contact the store at 715-349-8699 for all rib orders.

What types of ribs do we have?
Pork. All of our ribs are pork and we have them available in either full racks or as two-bone rib end trays. The rib end trays are available in Original or Cranberry but, can be made using any of our sauces upon special prior request.

Are all of our items "Take and Heat" only?
Yes, besides Ice Cream.

Do we ever run out of ribs?
Yes, almost every week we run out of ribs.

Why do we run out of ribs?
Two reasons; One, we wish to provide you with the freshest meat possible. To do this we get ribs fresh from our supplier every week and some weeks the demand for our ribs is much more than we have predicted. And, two, during peek times, we will order as many ribs as we possibly can but, sometimes that isn't even enough.

How do you make sure to get ribs when you want them?
Order ahead by calling 715-349-8699. Usually if we receive your order by Wednesday of that week, we will be able to fill it no problem. However, if you plan on ordering more than 5 trays, you may want to call a week ahead of time to insure their availability.

What if you didn't place an order for ribs?
Ribs that haven't been ordered for ahead of time are strictly a first come first serve. We do try to put a limit on how many a person can pick up without ordering prior to their arrival but, we still can run out quickly even with this restriction.

Do we serve any hot food?
No.

Will we have your food hot for you to pick up upon request?
No.

Do we cater?
No, not at this time. However, we can supply large pre-orders of ribs for your special occasions that you could then put in a warmer and serve to your guests.

Do we deliver?
No.

Will we stay open late or be open a different day due to request?
No. From time to time though, we do offer tray pick ups for large orders on our off days though, providing someone will be around.

Are T-shirts available at out store?
YES! We usually have a couple different styles of shirts but, sizes are limited to stock on hand.

Is there anything besides ribs available at our shop to eat?
Yes, we currently have pulled pork and a variety of brats to choose from. Along with ice cream.

Do we sell any other BBQ Sauces, seasonings, or spices other than our own in our shop?
No, at this time we only sell our products.
