Grilling corn on the cob has never been so simple and yet so very tasty!

Ingredients: Corn on the cob, still in the husk Big Butz Cow Pow (Beef Rub & Seasoning) Butter, margarine, or Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cold Water
Start by immersing your corn cobs, still in the husks, in cold water for 10 minutes. While doing this, get your grill fired up to medium heat (around 350 degrees). After corn has soaked, place on the grill. Turn corn every 5 minutes for 20 minutes until the husks appear to have gotten dried and slightly charred on the outside. Don't panic if it starts to ge really dark, remeber the husks are burning, not the corn.
(In this picture, the corn on the middle has been on for about 5 minutes, the corn on the left 10-15 minutes, and the corn on the right has been 15-20 minutes.)
When the corn is done, let it rest for 2-5 minutes. Peel back husks and silk or remove entirely and then slather with or roll the cob in; butter, margarine, or EVOO. Coat buttered/oiled cobs with a nice dusting of Big Butz BBQ Seasonings Cow Pow (Beef Rub & Seasoning) and enjoy!
The savoriness of the rub balances well against the sweetness of the corn. Garlic and pepper notes really causes the corn flavor pop while not over powering it and the slight saltiness of the rub really works to meld all of these wonderfull flavors together.
